44 Acres of Residential and Industrial Land Financing

Landmark Capital is pleased to announce the successful closing of a $15,100,000 bridge loan in Chino, CA. Loan proceeds will be utilized to recapitalize a +/- 44-acre parcel in The Preserve Specific Plan. The property consists of +/- 17 acres of residential land and +/- 27 acres of light industrial land.

Landmark identified a sophisticated lender, knowledgeable about both the location and remaining entitlement risk, who funded non-recourse with a 12-month term on a partially entitled site.
