$6,070,000 Construction Loan Financing

This project was approved under the popular City of Los Angeles Small Lot Development Ordinance. Proceeds will be used to acquire the .34 acre site and construct the 8 units. Landmark raised the funds on behalf of a well respected and experienced Southern California homebuilder.
