Landmark Capital Advisors is pleased to announce the successful equity capitalization of Arbor Lane. Joint venture equity proceeds of approximately $1,000,000 were used to cover option payments and process entitlements for a 114 unit townhome project in Ontario, CA.
Challenges of the assignment included:
1. The investment was underwritten as a “double escrow” transaction
2. The investment had entitlement risk with a hard close date
3. Capital was raised to cover option payments and entitlement expenses, not to purchase the site
